How does recruitment work?
After you confirm you’re in agreement with the job description, our internal recruitment team begins by searching our existing networks for suitable candidates. The selection process involves three rounds of interviews: the first is with our recruitment team, followed by our management team, and concluding with an interview by your team if you would like to validate the candidate.
